We don’t offer a catalog of preset plans with minor adjustments. Every home begins with you—your needs, your preferences, and the budget you want to stay within.

When a prospective client reaches out, we start with a simple conversation to understand what you’re looking for. At our first meeting, we bring one or two layouts that resemble what you’ve described. These serve as a starting point to help us understand the comforts, features, and flow you want in your home. Based on those discussions, we can also establish a general target number that reflects the overall scope of the home you have in mind. From there, we begin designing your fully custom plan.

Once the layout reflects everything you envision, we can provide a bid price—the actual price we can build your home for based on the layout and the items included. If the pricing aligns with your expectations, the plan is then finalized with our architect.

Another key part of our custom‑home process is the flexibility we offer through allowances. Items such as cabinetry, flooring, plumbing fixtures, shower doors, mirrors, and lighting are all selected by you. We provide a list of trusted vendors—often with multiple options in each category—so you can choose the style, quality, and price point that best fits your vision. If you select items above the allowance, you can simply pay the difference directly to the vendor.

In the end, your home is truly your home—your ideas, your selections, your style.
