We just wanted to let you know how absolutely delighted we are with the beautiful home that you designed and constructed for us on Knottingwood in Timberlakes! As you may, or may not know, when we decided to leave our lovely 2-story Colonial, also, constructed by GT, we toured the full gamut of builders in WNY. Although we saw some homes that were “acceptable”, nothing seemed to meet our expectations in terms of quality and attention to detail. Also, like many other potential customers, we spoke with owners within specific developments and no matter how steep the price tag, there seemed to be significant issues in regard to materials, craftsmanship and lack of the General Contractor’s attention once the contracts were signed. After 30 years of living in a home that never gave us anything but good solid quality, paired with the type of timeless “curb appeal” that still had folks commenting, it just seemed logical to come back to the “GT Family”. From our first meeting until our final “walk-through”, you made us feel like we and our new home were of the utmost importance and nothing less than the “best” was acceptable. Your immediate staff, Doris and John, exhibited nothing but a high level of professionalism, while retaining an easy, day to day level of communication and eagerness to assist in answering questions as they arose. Your subcontractors were absolutely the best at what each of them brought to the construction of our home. They were always accessible to answer any of our questions and to give some great advice when we needed it. Nice to know that even though our “build” is now a “home”, we can still rely on the relationships we built with them. You know that you have chosen the right company when the owners consistently demonstrate a high level of commitment to their craft and the customer is always the first priority in their business model. It is truly rare in today’s world to find folks who are not only dedicated, but this passionate about the customer’s satisfaction and the finished product. Everyone who sees our home is so impressed with the fact that every home in Timberlakes carries its own unique signature. It was a pleasure knowing that your home was not only going to be constructed to high quality specification, but carry an individuality not shared by a neighbor!
