Doris has been the coordinating force in our office for over 30 years. When the telephone rings at our office, the voice on the phone is friendly, confident, and capable of handling any of your new home needs. You may see her showing a model home, or you may talk with her to set up your first appointment; Doris will coordinate the subcontractors and assist clients in their selections, as well as manage the paperwork necessary for a smooth building process. Doris also helps Gerry with the design and drawing of your home using our in-house CAD system. Putting Gerry’s design concepts together with a few of her own ideas gives Doris the ability to answer homeowner questions regarding their home during construction, as well as answer perspective client questions regarding G.T. Homes building practices.
As a liaison between client, subcontractor and builder, our clients feel confident that any concerns will be handled quickly and professionally. Doris places an emphasis on customer satisfaction; she understands that every question is important and will make sure that the building experience is a satisfying one.
